Also she ensured my car to be dropped off at my house without any extra charge, that was amazing. There's an area that lacked good service. I was promised that my car was going to be dropped off with a big bow and in front of my house, which neither happened. The car was supposed to be a birthday surprise for my daughter's birthday. First of all it didn't have a bow. It seems the bottom line is always the main point of the transaction. I can say with all honesty that from the moment we walked into SBBMW any preconceived notions of the new car buying experience were shattered. From the start Alex was both genuine and warm. He facilitated our needs and was never pushy or overbearing, allowing us to get exactly the car we wanted and needed. Being young we visited other dealerships in the vicinity, and noticed that our business wasn't as important as what they viewed as their general clients (Ontario). This was definitely not the case at SBBMW, as Alex and Mark made us feel welcome and at home like no other car dealership we visited. 1.5"I showed up at 6:50 for a 7:00 appointment and watched 3 people in the office stare at computer screens until after 7:20 when they finally came out to start the transaction. I was informed of all the repairs except for a radiator flush that i would have approved but should have been informed of them. The wpers were replaced at highway robbery prices as well as a light bulb and the drivers side wipper is streaking. I am shocked at the deminished service husstle at So Bay Mini. Larry the service advisor has a smile that could stretch across the Grand Canyon as he's given you the old fashion VIP treatment . 3.5"I had an appt. to bring in my Mini for an oil change at 12:00 PM but asked the service person if it would be OK to drop it off in the morning since I wasn't going to wait for it. She said that would be OK. But when I arrived to drop it off at 10:00 AM I had to wait for approx 20 - 30 minutes for my service rep to check me in. There were other employees who weren't busy but they said they couldn't check me in. Not sure why. So my comment is I think the check in process needs to be streamlined.
